The City of Ellensburg has a great facility to meet the needs of Yakima River fly fisherman. Located one mile west on Umptanum Rd. From exit 109 go north to Umptanum Rd and turn left (at Subway) travel a mile west and look for the sign pictured above.

Big rainbow trout can be found lurking around current breaks like the area shown in the picture above. You may have the equipment and knowledge to outfit yourself or your group.
