Interviewer: Ken Jansen : How do I know Rich Delaney? I first met Rich at a networking event put on by Denise Upah Mills, a networking professional. Later, I joined TGIF Toastmasters club, where Rich is an outstanding member, mentor, and all-around good guy with excellent expertise. Rich is an educated and entertaining gentleman with outstanding insights on how to build or improve your business.
Rich what does your company do? 20/20 marketing provides strategic marketing support to small and mid-sized companies. Helping individuals and organizations be more focused on high-profit target markets, helping them get free publicity in high-visibility publications, and training their sales force to be productive are the services most appreciated by my clients in manufacturing, financial services, distribution, and professional services.
I also speak professionally and present at sales conferences, association keynotes, and sales and service workshops.
What do you do at the company? I direct the strategic thinking and make the sales calls. Specific talents such as website development, and creative ad design are done by my team members.
I also speak at professional associations to help their members achieve more sales with higher profit margins.
