Cache County Real Estate Update week of 7/24/09 - 7/30/09
This week there are 33 new active residential properties. The week before we had 52 new listings. There were 34 cache county UT homes that went under contract, and 13 homes sold. There are a total of 842 homes in Cache County UT that are active, last week there were 856.
