On July 23, 2009--From the Dead Sea area reporters state the following:

this slush flows out of the Centuries Old caverns and viola'--new Caves. New areas yet to be explored!
As the Tourist Trade Entrepreneurs gleefully rub their collective hands, it has been discovered that the
dirth of salt has destabilized the Sea Bed area and has swallowed up tourists, trucks, & tips.
The reporter repelled down into one of the areas new caves with the visible shifting sands joining his
descent. so beautiful and so inaccessible. The secret of the Dead Sea lies dormant in the Sand.

The article states that ...'under federal rules passed May 1, mortgage brokers can no longer hire their
own appraisers; outside companies must do the job.
...The problem is so prevalent that many closings are delayed and some deals totally collapse...
...Bill Garber--director of government and external relations for the Appraisal Institute states
" Appraisers reflect the market, and sometimes, the markets don't act like we want them to.
Nonetheless, competent and professional appraisers understand this and develop credible estimates
of value that ultimately help ensure that lenders loan the proper amount, buyers don't pay too much
and sellers get a fair price."
Don't know about you but this causes a painful click & turn of the Cube of Life:
....do we NOT have to be licensed in each State, by that State's regulations, as Realtors / Agents?
....is there a "Country Wide Real Estate License [ no pun intended with the use of C.W. in title]
....the above named Institute is located Where ?
....how in the world can anyone know the particulars of each and every State, much less every County,
Township, or Village within each State ?

Wednesday, July 29, 2009--various News outlets reported that the unemployment rate in Detroit is
17 %.. I am under the impression or oppression that State Wide we are at 15.2%. Not really certain
this is the type of notice that Metro Detroit and Michigan desire.

this car & retrieve your 'clunker' OR pay back the $ 4500. [ or the amount received]
