Karen ~ this home looks so inviting and homey now, after your staging. I can't imagine a buyer falling in love with it when it was vacant ... but now it beckons you to walk in and make an offer!

Karen what a cute place. This looks like a great place for anyone, not just a first time buyer. But a first time buyer would be thrilled to have this as a first home. You made it feel like a warm and welcoming home for sure!

Ok-when did it sell, can't imagine it is still available! It is just too charming!! Love the colors.
