Hi Stewart, I like how your blog is presented, these condos look nice. I used to live in LA, now I am in Oregon on the coast. I can see prices have come down alot, looks like the time to buy! I often dream of a "snowbird" condo back in LA, the westside would be fun, especially the area this condo is in. Hope you sell it! I will keep and eye on your blog for listings.

F.Y.I - It is the same here in Newport Oregon as far as awesome prices for a great location, would you believe you can buy a nice Cape Cod with over 2500 square feet, a large deck with panoramic ocean view for under $400,000.00?

By the way - Sea Port airlines added service from Newport Oregon to Portland PDX. When I go to LA, it is an hour flight to PDX, a 2 hour flight to LA and I am there by dinnertime. Call me if you know anyone in LA who wants an affordable beach pad on the Oregon Coast!
