I'm sure many people reading this have GPS, but GPS is not fullproof, and when you're in the car with clients, it can be a little annoying to have your 'robot map' barking orders at you. I personally dislike GPS (crazy, I know), so I think this is a great alternative. This would also be a great tool for Team Leaders who delegate work to newer Buyers Agents: Require them to use this tool so they don't lose a client by getting lost and looking clueless while out looking at homes. Nothing scares a potential buyer more than a Realtor who knows so little about the neighborhood that they can't find their way out of it. Some buyers are nice and laugh it off...others are not. Preparation could save yourself the heartache of losing a client.
