Irene and Bill - Thanks ! We are pumped up and excited about this business decision. The energy and atmosphere as well as the foot traffic will be both great for consumers, clients and future Realtors that will decide to come over. We are also very excited about the interior design and decor that will be done. Once people are there, they probably will not want to leave !

Thanks for the well wishes ! We are super excited about the future opportunites ahead for all of our current agents and for the future agents that decide to join. We are also excited for all the consumers that we will be serving in Philadelphia from our new location. I think it is great that we are being innovative and bold during a slow real estate market. Now is the time - carpe diem !

Christopher and Stephanie - That's the kind of office you want to stay at late into the evening - just so you can enjoy the views.
