Yes, someone in Idaho / Washington IS doing Land Loans...

For all of you that have been looking for someone to do loans on your vacant land listings and even your parcels OVER 10 acres...

I found an Lender that is doing Land Loans right now. (must have water) Land loans at decent rates and loan to value. They are also doing properties OVER 10 acres.
