8. Questions about how long does the process takes? Can you close a loan in 14 days?

9. Specific questions about the company? How many branches do you have?

10. Questions about purchaing or refinancing? Am I able to buy a house? Am I able to refinance?

11. Questions about closing costs? How much does it cost to purchase or refinance?

12. Questions about points and fees? How much will I be charged to purchase or refinance?

13. Questions about the real estate market? Is this a good time to buy real estate?

14. Questions about specific areas to buy? What is a good area to consider buying?

15. Questions about how long does signing the documents takes? Will it be an hour to sign papers?

16. Questions asking how long does an appraisal take? Will the appraiser inspect my property?

You're right Rosey.  Those are all good signs.  There are similar "ready to purchase" buying signs also.
