Kathy & Chad are the proud co-owners. They have been in business for a little over a year now and continue to grow from strength to strength. Both come from strong nutritional backgrounds and have a passion for what they do, and it shows.
"Our mind set is not to just sell – but to educate people" says Kathy. We want to help people determine what they need, but also just as important is to help them understand what they do not need. Some things that can be harmful to a person. An easy example would be if someone has a heart condition, you don’t sell them an energizer!

One Stop Nutrition offers a variety of products ranging from vitamins, herbs & minerals to sports nutrition, weight loss products, weight gain products, protein powders & specialty products. While I was there , a steady flow of customers came in, many of which ordered protein shakes, along with other items they needed for their health care plan. What surprised me, and pleased me at the same time, was everyone was on a first name basis, all smiling and genuinely glad to be there. Not something you see to much these days, especially in the big box chain stores where that personal friendly touch has been lost. Many have been regulars since One Stop opened its doors over a year ago, and those I spoke to told me they would not go anywhere else for their needs. They know and trust that Chad & Kathy are there to guide them into what is best for them, and they feel well cared for at One Stop Nutrition.

Cathy explains "We offer shakes not smoothies" – The difference is smoothies are more of a desert, loaded with sugar. Shakes on the other hand at One stop have very little sugar and the best ingredients, utilizing the products they offer in the store. Fresh whole fruits, pureed fruits, vitamins & minerals. We can add different nutrients based on what you desire. We can change and add different ingredients and this can also be customized to your preferences.
