I am passionate about Lake Raymond Gary! It is the greatest little spot in our part of God's Green Country. My husband and I own property at the lake and it's our favorite place to go. I would move there and have Fort Towson and the lake be my "centro de la operación" but our home and business are in Idabel and we can't retire yet. The family farm that we own, live on, and operate has been in the family for sixty-four years. We are seriously thinking of building on our property at Lake Raymond Gary and spending about equal time at both places...
Anyway, enough of that rabbit trail.... This spring has brought some new clients to me at Raymond Gary that want to sell their property for one reason or another.... The Lord has enriched my life again by bringing great folks into it.
Two of the homes that we recently listed on Lake Raymond Gary have pending contracts already, and we are looking forward to having the new occupants be a part of the folks around the lake, Fort Towson, and Choctaw County. These folks are looking forward to owning property at the lake and being a part of the community. I really enjoyed meeting them and visiting with them about the area and the lake.
When the transaction closes, we will send them a complimentary membership in the Lake Association to help them get better acquainted with everyone if they choose to attend the meetings. We will also be sending them discount cards from Lowe's to help them purchase things to make their new home uniquely theirs.
The fantastic part of being a real estate broker is that my number of acquaintenances just keeps growing. Sometimes the clients that I sell for move to another state or a significant distance away, within Oklahoma, and I seldom if ever see them again; but many, many times they become distant friends where the relationship continues even after moving.
Raymond Gary, Fort Towson, and Choctaw County are wonderful places to live, either full time or part time, and we enjoy being a part of the area!
