I agree - if we need to buy something, we have to figure out how to make money - i.e., sell some houses!

Funny...are you sure your not eavesdropping in on my conversations at my house? We say the same things over here!

Same conversations here! My husband just told ME I need to sell some more houses! Wonder what he's got his eye on.....?

It's all about doing the things every day that generate business ... the pipeline must be kept flowing at all times!

Ken - This simple mantra of yours sums up the essence of our industry!

Ken - Keep reinforcing that you have to sell houses and do thing that are working for you and you should be able to sell some houses.

Ken-I like it, and I will also be trying to memorize it.

I say that too and my husband says "yah if and if and if" lol. Then we usually start arguing because he thinks he knows how to sell real estate better than me. Except he isn't one. :)

Hi Ken... I can totally relate. I usually say the same thing after which my broker usually says something like "Great! Now stop talking about it and go do it!". Let's all do it together, OK?
