Scents, Soaps and Serenity are "Escential"  for this Delray Beach, Florida Gift Shop.  Located on Delray Beach's scenic main street, Escentials has been a part of the community for 10 years.

Escentials- Delray Beach Florida

Owner, Carolann Spadafora was meant to own this thriving boutique that specializes in Bath soaps, scents, candles  and "anything that would make any home smell great!"    There are soaps and scents from Ahava, Philosophy, Trapp Private Gardens Rigaud,  and Bliss Spa.   Don't worry about not finding that special gift for your favorite pet.  Carolann carries goodies for them as well.  Need a gift for a cook?  Carolann has linens and specially shaped soaps that would work in any gift bag.  There's also an assortment of goodies like lip glosses, tote bags, stuffed animals and clothing.

Carolann's retail experience is the perfect combination that makes this a "Fancy Store Full of Fun".  She says that The Gap taught her how to run a retail business, and her experience in retail with The Disney Companies taught her how to Stage them to show.  (Much like what we do as a Home Stager).  And, she met her husband-to-be in a store, much like Escentails in her home town of Port Jefferson, NY when he came in to buy something for a girl friend he was meeting in Florida.  Four months later he was back in the store and the rest is history!

Great local information to share with your community, I wish more of this was available. What a great way to help out local businesses who might not have a website or web presence.  Great Job Kathy, thank you for sharing this.  :-)

What a cool shop! The interior reminds me of one of my favorite local stores here =)  Is that really the owner, standing out front? Good job! You took it to the next level by adding the owner to the photo. Good job! I think I'll feature this one in the Things to Do/Places to Visit group  =D

This looks like a cute place to shop for unique gifts.  I think I'll do a post on one of the great gift shops here in St George.

Erika, thanks for stopping by.  Maryann sent a copy of this blog to everyone on her business email list and had a great response, and it was another way of getting my name out there.
