My specialty as an Idaho loan officer is purchase deals. I just like working with buyers and the need to having a deadline that needs to be met with so many people depending on me. I don't know if it comes from my Marine Corps backround of being in artillery that time is everything. If off by a smig in calculation or timing then we have a big blow up in the wrong location. When that gun goes off you want to make sure you have all your ducks in a row. The same goes in have your Purchase and Sale agreement and your Loan Documentation. No one wants the repercussion of the fall out if it doesn't go as planned. So we need all work as a team to make sure every minor detail is covered.
And when it is all said and done when the smoke clears we have a happy client. Then the bonus referrals to look forward to. Team work is more needed now than ever.....
