Past and Present is the theme for this year's tour.  (yes, there is a theme).  Here is news article about the tour and Here is a blurb from their web site:

• "The Tour will be made of what we feel is the "essence" of Schumacher Place.  We as a neighborhood, are very diverse socially and architecturally and we want to acknowledge that. On this year's Tour we will have a little of everything: Old Homes, New Gardens, an Apartment and an "Ambitious Revitalization Project".
