If you are a "do it yourself" person and like and have the know how to repair your own appliances you will love this site. And if you are like me and has no clue, then the online help is amazing. What a wonderful and innovative business. Folks are doing more do-it-yourself these days and companies like this are great.

I suspect that their money is in the parts and that's O.K.

Missy: Congrats on the feature. When I logged in, I was curious as to why so many "business" blogs were featured. But, after a little bit of hunting, I now understand the incentive and am off to participate in the challenge!

Missy - Do you get to visit the repair man on a regular basis. I personally want to stay away. This is a great localism post.
