Olde Town Arvada - Nature's Gift Candleworks and Studio

By
Real Estate Agent with The DiGiorgio Group

Nature's Gift Candleworks and StudioOne of the most popular merchants of Olde Town Arvada is the candlestick maker's shop, Nature's Gift Candleworks and Studio

The sign in front of the store says, "Come in for the smell of it." And the 'smell of it' is quite a treat!

The candles are hand-poured on site, with custom scents and combinations of flowers and herbs peeking through the wax. They will burn down the middle, so the herbs and flowers remain intact. Once it's burned down, you can place a tea light in the hollow, and continue to enjoy the beauty of the botanicals.

I really like these candles better than others because the scents are neither overpowering or too sweet. They offer candles in glass containers with lids, and I overheard another loyal customer saying how much she loved those. She said she'd had one for almost a year, that still gave off its wonderful scent.

The store is in a historical building that dates to the late 1800s, that had a past life as a printers shop. If you have a couple of hours to Placque in Olde Town Arvadaspare, stroll around Olde Town Arvada - you'll find a new love too!

I love that place!  I aggree that their candles are neither too overwhelming or too sweet.  Just right!  Because of my athsma I can't have a candle that is too perfumy.  These are great though!
