I am currently dealing with a lovely couple that are from outside of the States. They are looking for the perfect retirement home, but it HAS TO HAVE at least 3 bathrooms.............that sure narrows the playing field down!!! And, of course, it has to be up-to-date with granite in the kitchen and bathrooms, in a fantastic community and not cost over a half a million............the good thing is that I was able to come up with almost 3 dozen that fit the bill!!!

Hopefully this will lead to a contract this week! Will keep you posted!!!

Sorry about that - originally I posted this as needing 3 bedrooms, which is not a big deal. The 3 bathrooms is another story.....most homes have 2.5, but once you get to 3 full bathrooms, the number of homes starts to dwindle.
