Showing Feedback Tool for Sellers !

As a listing specialist in Spokane Wa. , I am always on the lookout for resources to help service my clients.

In this tough seller's market, honest and professional feedback is key. That is why I have subscribed to the service of:

www.homefeedback.com also known as www.showingsuite.com

This tool is FANTASTIC! How it works is that once an agent accesses your lockbox, they receive an automatic e-mail ( 3 times if not answered! ) to provide feedback to you and your seller. The seller is copied on the feedback too.

It just takes a moment to answer the feedback questionnaire so I have great luck with agents replying. :)

Agents get so many phone calls that it is refreshing to be able to give feedback via e-mail.

This is just one way I set myself apart as a listing agent to provide great service!

The feedback is so important to the sellers. I assume you pass this feedback on to your clients and assist them in moving past the blocks?

Do you recommend home stagers to your clients?

Sharon, this system sends the feedback to both the agent AND the seller.

YES I often recommend a stager!

You are a stager's kind of realtor. Your clients are getting an REA with a broader perspective than just list, sell, if it doesn't sell, reduce the price......

In reviewing our real estate paper this week I noted listings that have been on the market for quite a while - the photos haven't changed, no stager has been called in and the price has been reduced, reduced again, still with no results. I find that distressing.
