Wow. I had a free evning and thought I would spend it hanging out at home and checking out the web. I have been so busy lately it is not even funny. Since my wife and I returned from vacation almost a month ago, I have had dinner with her, exactly twice. this week, it looks like their may be a slowdown, so I will bea ble to catch up on some much needed rest rest and lay out a gameplan for the next few months. Hope everyone is having as good of a summer as I am having. Make hay while the sun is shining!!
Ian, slow it down just a little. Gotta always find the time for a little RR with the spouse. It's the best recipe I can give you for a long, happy and successful marriage. Glad you both had a good vacation, hope you find the time to drop in on us from time to time and say hello.

Suesan said it right. Taking that family vacation sounds like you have your priorities straight. We are heading off in three weeks for a family vacation. Some might say time off should be saved for slower months but family is always first and Summer vacations build great memories.
Suesan, I do slow down, but you gotta put in the time when the work is there. I usually take most of December and part of January off to recharge and relax. but I do take 1 week in the summer for sure and then I see where my scheduling takes me.
Vince, you are right, summer vacations do make for some great memories.
I forgot how much I really enjoy everyone here at ActivRain, I will have to try to stop in more often, I missed you guys.
On the other hand, who knows what fall and winter will be like. I plan to take the better half for some time this fall. Summers are always busy and since we know that we schedule our together time during the slower periods, but that's just me or us should I say.
What the heck are you doing going on vacation during the high season for home inspections? That's just not fair -- LOL.
