Maximum Exposure...Are You Doing Your Part

I was curious as to how many realtors in Fredericksburg VA include pictures in their MLS listings.  To make it a little easier and less time consumming on my part I only included the 22401 zip code. This is the actual City of Fredericksburg.

There were 262 Active and or Contingent listings.

16 had no pictures at all. 

140 had more than 1 picture. 

But only 41 had some sort of virtual tour. 

With all of the options out there,  shouldn't we as Realtors give our customers and clients with homes for sale more exposure.  Isn't posting pictures the least we can do?

What are your thoughts....is it like this in most areas...is this the norm?
