The Boise ID Real Estate Market ID Seemingly Picking Up - Let's Go Homebuyers!
The end of July has brought an uptick of buyer activity to this Realtor's world. Out-of-state clients coming in to town, in-town clients now willing to spend their weekend looking at homes, first time homebuyers asking about the tax credit deadline and wanting to schedule to look at homes......
Activity on my interactive Boise ID property search website has been rising as well.
Through my experience, this is what I see as the reason why the Boise ID real estate market is seemingly picking up:

Boise, Meridian and Nampa schools are starting within 45 days
- $8000 first time homebuyer tax credit is nearing its end date (November, but you have to remember a normal escrow is now 45 days)
- Seasonal (Fall is around the corner and who likes to move in the cold?)
- National media is reporting we are at the real estate bottom(time to take advantage!)
With Boise ID area Real Estate Owned properties, agents are reporting showings their properties on day one of being listed on the MLS. One even said an agent was waiting at the house with a client when she came out to put a lockbox with key on the door!!!!
The easiest thing for a homebuyer to do is to find a Boise ID real estate agent to set up a automated MLS search for you. Have it sent to your email at a time of day you can browse thru and bookmark the must-see's. Realtors are here to make your life easier, let us be your second set of searching eyes....There are a TON of homes out there for sale.....Not to mention our job is the negotiating of an acceptance of your offer.
