Hi Diane -- Great format, very relevant.  Our MLS makes the subdivision field optional and some agents manually enter it, which sometimes has a different name then the auto-populate version, so it's very hard from a "field" perspective to categorize homes by neighborhood within a community, so that is a HUGE plus in reporting market stats, very useful.
