Thank you for the info! As a CDPE agent I like to know options for my clients and sellers that are not distressed, but maybe just upside down.

I'm glad the information was useful to you. I also believe that we should be aware of other options available to our clients, even if that means we loose out on a commission. Their best interest should always be priority.
