In this modern world where everything seems to change so rapidly, I sometimes feel like someone or something is trying to strangle me.
Personal experience is good when I have a Client who tells me that she feels like technology is strangling her life.
If we let it, merely living can become an entanglement, strangling everything that should be dear to us -- family, friends, career.
Fear not, though, because the same entanglement and strangling happens elsewhere under the aegis of Mother and Father Nature:
Slow down, give thanks for what you have, untangle your life, and enjoy it. Remember what my wise old grandmother said:
Life is a journey, not an end.
Enjoy the journey.

And take lots of pictures to share with others in your life.
