According to our MLS stats, the 85209 zip code in Mesa, Arizona shows that we are now in a buyer/seller market. Six months is typically the “middle” mark. Your charts and graphs are impressive. This is the kind of stuff that people just eat up!

Sounds like some normalcy coming back into the market. Good news for sellers.

Teri, if I am not mistaken, with inventory coming down and absorption going up, that is good news for sellers. Any buyers better hurry up and look before the fabulous deals were those of yesterday.
