Well, this is interesting - when I took it, there were nearly a million votes........ A one question poll that the media can not control!

DO NOT MISS YOUR CHANCE TO CAST YOUR VOTE:
This is your chance to vote on Obama's performance this Economy-AT&T/Yahoo Poll...

NOTE: this is a totally unbiased poll.  The question is stated very simply... and, to the point.  No tricks.  No hidden messages. No nothing. JUST A SINGLE, SIMPLE QUESTION.

There is no way that anyone can say that it was not a fair poll... or, that it was "phrased" in a way that it can be interpreted later... to fit someone else's desired answer.

In other words... it is a spin-doctor's "nightmare."

NOTE: After you vote, you will see a second page that shows the running total and what the opinions are. Then pass it on... so others can cast their vote

Mary- while I think the poll does say a lot, it would not be considered a "scientific" poll because there are no controls. It is kind of like voting on American Idol.

Also you can vote as many times as you like, a quick script repeating this URL:

http://js.polls.yahoo.com/quiz/quizresults.php?poll_id=46067&wv=1&user choice=1

will put in a Vote for option 1. Most of these Yahoo/at&t polls are fixed just that way.
