how do your condo leases work down there? Is the monthly rent $450 only, and are there HOA dues or condo fees, utliities, taxes, etc on top of that? Also, if you could give me a ballpark price for a small condo like that it would help me put it in perspective with my own market too.

Rob- Each complex is different regarding what the Association Fees cover. But when leasing, the Association Fees are usually paid by the owner. The tenant just pays the lease amount. In this particular complex, water and basic cable (and amenities) are included in the fees, so all that comes with the monthly rent. There is also a nominal fee for a background check, and there are pet size limitations.

Betina- This really is a beautiful complex with a lot to offer for the price.

Don- It's an excellent price. It was an excellent price before the reduction. But the owner wants to get a tenant in, right away.
