Per the contract, the seller or the buyer will pay for a one-year subscription for a home warranty not to exceed a set amount.  There are a few companies out there and I am asking which one do you prefer to work with.

I have included a few below, but if you have other or like others please let me know.

I've used the 2-10 Home Warranty for many years.  We're very pleased with the coverage and the price.

I also lean toward Home Warranty of America.  It will be interesting to see the responses on this post.

I also have leaned toward Home Warranty of America.  Their prices are good and their 13 month coverage is a good bonus for buyers. The free seller's coverage during listing period is a bonus for sellers.  A Win-Win

After I sued Nations Home Warranty, I no longer "prefer" a company. I give brochures to my clients for 3-4 different companies.  Most choose First American.

Lenn,

I deal in MD and VA as well. We only use AHS. Our rep is incredible. Did you know that 2-10 stopped doing business in a few states recently? Are you sure they will be around?

We have had a 15 year relationship with the rep who so happens to be with ORHP now, But we go where he goes, because I need to get something done I don't want to dance I want it done. Between our rental dept and sales we do over 200 a year and when I call he answers.
