Someone once said, "The man (person) who can put himself in the places of other men, (people) who can understand the workings of their minds, need never worry about what the future has in store for him. (them) Can you forget your personal feelings when working with a buyer and put yourself in their place?

What are they thinking about what you are showing them homes you picked out? Even though you may have done an exhaustive analysis for them and you believe you have picked the right homes for them to view, have you really? Why are they slow to buy? You have chosen these property's based on their input. Why are they dragging their feet? If you can put yourself in their place and think as they think you have a much better chance of finding their real objection or reason why they don't make a decision, remove it and close the sale.

It is easy to say but hard to accomplish because we all have our thoughts and feelings and sometimes we have a difficult time putting those aside to understand others. Try looking at the buying process from their point of view and see if that makes a difference.
