I'm back in the office after a VERY relaxing and much needed vacation to our home in New Smyrna Beach, Florida. I even went to Disney World, which I haven't been to in nearly 20 years!

The real estate situation there seems almost dire in some areas. Our house is in a small, quiet neighborhood that has its share for "For Sale" signs, but we saw several where there were more properties for sale than not...and the "foreclosure" riders were on many of them. Here's hoping the market turns around for the better out there.
