Josh, Very qualified information. Looks like construction costs are going to have to be well under $200 per square foot, like they were prior to the slush fund days, in order for the market to remain healthy and sustainable. I have never heard any proveable reason for new construction to exceed $200 per square foot in Walton County. Common sense is always the cure for the Emperor's New Clothes syndrome.
