The statement in the picture is so true. In Life's Little Instruction Book it says, "Take charge of your attitude. Don't let someone else choose it for you."

In the past few years the real estate market has been down and it is easy to become discouraged and depressed because things aren't happening as we would like. Many buyers are reluctant to close deals thinking even better ones will be available. Many people who want to sell are upside down on their mortgages and would take a loss if they sold. Many homes listed are short sales or bank owned. Not a pretty picture and easy to be down.

Even with all this, a person can "choose" to be happy and make the best of each day. Attitude truly is a decision and only YOU can determine how you feel. The choice is yours, use that choice wisely and make it a great day!

I agree with your thought.  I am also a realist and if times are tough it is tough to be positive.  Just thinking positve does not pay the bills.  Rather than be up  or down, it is best for me to concentrate on solving problems.  That helps get things done and make money to pay those darn bills.

A good friend use to tell me "your attitude is one thing that someone can not take away from you".

Richard, your good friend was right, no one can take your attitude away, you alone control it. Thanks for reading my blog.
