Richard - Ultimately it is less work and heartache to just go ahead and deal with whatever demon is in front of us. It takes more energy and time to keep pushing it to the end of the list, only to have to repeat this motion over and over. Deal with it, put it away and move on. Much easier on the mind, soul and body. :)

Everday seems to be a challenge lately in Real Estate, but they are good they keep you busy and when you have made the accomplishment you even feel better. You just have to keep a positive frame of mind when your positive nothing can stop you.
Richard - sometimes that challenge is just getting the coffee going in the morning. But I certainly do feel a lot better after that first sip.
Richard, challenges are what make life interesting. Without these obstacles, life would be pretty boring.

Recently I have been doing just this - attempting to meet a challenge head on & first so I can get it out of the way & on with my day!
Well, Richard, this one certainly hits that old nail right on the head! I've been thinking about this in the context of a relationship that is, well, certainly not boring!
Richard: There certainly aren't a shortage of obstacles lately in our business. I think you need to get our your crowbar and pry into Pat Kennedy's relationship issues. Maybe time for another Dear Richard?

Challenges are what make life interesting. Without them it would be boring and everybody would be successful.
Through every situation and circumstance there is ALWAYS a learning lesson. Human nature to complain and to feel emotion. It's all in the manner of how i handle it.
Some of my most memorable transactions were great learning experiences and even though stressful during the transaction I did get the most satisfaction from them. Thanks for the reminder.
Yes a challenge is good for sure. It's a motivator for sure.

Richard - Challenges are simply opportunities. We make of them what we want. We try to teach our new agents to break things into smaller steps and goals. Because there is immense satisfaction of meeting a goal. Nice post - enjoyed the read.
