The most interesting point taken from this information is that the average list price is HIGHER than all 7 listings that have sold and/or are under contract in 2007. This indicates that there is a very large supply of upper level properties, while the lower priced ones are still moving.

- 30 Current Active Listings in Miami Dade ranging from $500,000 to $5,500,000
- 7 Listings have Expired, or been Canceled
- 2 Listings are currently in contract pending sale, the List Prices were between $700,000 and $795,000 and were in contract after being on the market for 120 Days
- 5 Listings have CLOSED in 2007, ranging from $600,000 to $1,300,0000 at 93% of list price and 60 Days on the Market
