Hope you'll take a look at the lastest post on my blog, "Networking With Other Agents: It Pays!" Top agent Sandra Nickel reveals her system for building a nationwide agent network which now has over 2,000 agents. She is in touch with them once a week, and it really pays off in referrals.

Allen - This does sound like a great way to get an agent referral network going. I have a large list of agents, but they are all local. I think it's time to start collecting names form everywhere else in the U.S. I have tried networking with agents on AR, and that has helped a little.
