Cache County Real Estate Update week of 7/31/09 - 8/06/09

This week there are 35 new active residential properties.  The week before we had 33 new listings. There were 27 cache county UT homes that went under contract, and 27 homes sold. There are a total of 817 homes in Cache County UT that are active, last week there were 842.
