Hi Ladies~
Thanks for the thank you:) We might as well take advantage of 34,000 real estate members reading AR every day. And it's only going to grow! Wahoo!Laura,
This is so awesome. Thank you for taking the time to put this together. You know, there is a principle in the Word of God that says, "What you make happen for others, God will make happen for you." I just want to say, your business is destined for greater success, simply because you take the time to help make things easier for the rest of us; helping our business to be successful. Thanks again for all you do.
Laura,
Thank you for another resource to for all us to build our business!

I've never thought about hiring a Virtual Assistant before as my niche is outside the general real estate lines - I specialize in foreclosure & short sales.
Is it possible to find a VA who will make phone calls to lenders?
Or to handle my direct mail campaign?
It seems that a VA that is in my same area might work best?
Any VA's in the Clearwater FL area?
Hi Wendy,
Yes, there are VAs who handle phone calls as well as direct mail campaigns. Your best bet would be to post a Request for Proposal (RFP) on any one of the many VA websites such as REVANetworks.com, MSVAs.com, RemoteProfessionals.com, IVAA.org, et.al. Interested VAs will send you their information and a cost estimate, if requested.
If you just need help with direct mail and phone calls, your VA would not need to be in your area. In fact, that's the beauty of virtual assistance, we can help you with almost any aspect of your business remotely!
If you're looking for VAs in your area (Clearwater, FL) then I'm sure you'll find one. In your RFP, just specify that area.
I hope this information helps.

Kathryn,
I'm a Real Estate VA in Orange County, but am pretty familiar with the Inland Empire. My husband (a broker) actually has a few listings there right now that I'm helping him with. I'd love to talk with you and see where I could help you.
