Thanks for taking the time to make this. There needs to be a place where everyone can go to and share info and help one another out. That's why I got involved in Activerain as I like to see what other agents and negotiators are doing. Where I am, there is a small group of individuals that really know our stuff.  It is lonely being a short sale agent. No one understands the hoops we have to go through just to fight for our clients.

Kudos to both you and Wendy for starting this. I wish you guys luck and success.
