How would someone join your group. I have one fulltime employee and one parttime employee. The parttime employee would like more hours. Since the two of them run an office with 20 agents, and one of them is a licensed agenty, I thought if I signed them up to be virtual assistants they could get more hours.

I have thought about hiring a VA for a couple of years now, my sister helps me some(she is a licensed agent and was my assistant but marketing is not either of our strong suites).  I have emailed requests to a couple VA companies and never received a reply from them and thought if they could not return a request for info it would probably be even worse trying to get work I need someone to do done.  How do I go about getting proposals from a few VA's through this group?
