More and more homebuyers and sellers are turning to the Internet as a resource for buying and selling homes.  Today, more than 70% of all homebuyers and sellers are using the Internet! 

For the homebuyer, having access to a large number of homes for sale in one place and being able to access it without having to go through all of the traditional hassles, has made the purchase process much easier. 

The modern agent of today is offering buyers and sellers easily accessible information on their web sites.                      

My advice: Seek out these agents and the sites that offer you the information and your home purchase process will become easier and more educated.

For the home seller, web presence of your home is huge. Without having your home listed for sale on a site that gets good traffic and showcases your home, your chances of selling at top dollar value are going to decrease significantly.  But, just a web site is not enough, make sure that the listing agent you choose has a web site with high traffic, is connected with many other home web sites, has state of the art technology, and also showcases your home.
