Jeffrey's Flowers in Wood River, IL is definitely the best place to go when you're looking for the perfect bouquet.
From the moment you step in the door, you feel welcome. Their staff is always so friendly and very, very helpful. They do an amazing job; so good in fact a lot of times I just trust them to do their own thing. Many times I have gone there with a limited budget and asked them to do what they could with it. And I've never been disappointed.
Once I ordered flowers for a funeral and when I got to the visitation people were talking about "the most beautiful arrangement" there. Another time, I helped to put together a very small wedding, on a very small budget. I went to Jeffrey's and ordered a small bouquet of hydrangeas with a few spray roses and asked them to hand tie the stems with silk ribbon. Gorgeous!! (and only $35!)
