Looking for some inexpensive summer time fun? Plan a visit to the Ashtabula County Fair which begins on Tuesday August 11 and will be at the Ashtabula County Fairgrounds in Jefferson, Ohio through Monday August 16, 2009. There will be lots of fun activities for the entire family. Competitions, awards, food and much much more!
It doesn't cost a lot to come to the fairl. Single Gate Admission is $7.00 Tuesday through Saturday from 8 AM until 10 PM. Admission is also $7.00 for Sunday hours which run from 9 AM until 9 PM.
Special admissions-- Children 4 years and under are FREE EVERY DAY for Grounds and Groundstands admission.
Senior Citizens 62 years of age and over the admission will be only $1 on Tuesday and Friday from 8 AM until 3 PM. This is for the grounds only.
On Thursday in honor Veteran's admission will be $1.00 from 8 AM until closing, grounds only. Veterans with ID--Discharge papers DD2-14 or Veterans Organization membership card.
Ride Hours are as follows: Tuesday and Thursday- 1-5 and 6-11. Wednesday- 11-5 and 6-11 Friday and Saturday- 1-5 and 6-12 Sunday- 1-5 and 6-10. Grandstand Schedule-- Tuesday- Motocross. Admission- Ride Wristband Wednesday- Rough Truck. Admission- RIde Wristband. Thursday- Demolition Derby- Admission- $4.00 paid at Grandstand. Friday- Demolition Derby- Admission- $4.00 paid at Grandstand. Saturday- Keith Anderson- Admission $8.00 on Sale July 14 at office. Sunday- Tractor/ Truck Pull- Admission is FREE! Rides will be provided by Lisko Amusements and ride wristbands are free with any single day admission of $7.00. For the special admissions the cost for rides will be $4.00.
