I see by the appraisal that these units were worth about $180,000 but that the date on the appraisal is 4 years ago.  Where would you say the value of them is now relative to the market back then?  Were they up and then now back down to about the same value?

Robert, I see you have good eyes to notice that appraisal date!  2005 was the PEAK of the market frenzy in North Idaho.  We have been seriously correcting the past couple of years.  Anyone who bought anything in 2005 has seen their property depreciate in value.  I wonder if the auctioneer/seller thought thought no one would notice the date. These days, an appraisal just a few months old is obsolete!
