Since "we can't keep track of all of them here at the White House," health reform Communications Director Linda Douglass says, "we're asking for your help. If you get an email or see something on the web about health insurance reform that seems fishy, send it to flag@whitehouse.gov." This video, should scare every American who cares about truth and health care.

Big brother is watching. This should scare everyone and is illegal. I think you will see this challenged in the courts.

Even our Democratic friends who voted for Obama are having second thoughts. Is the change you were thinking was going to happen?

What it actually is, is funny. Is this taken out of context or did she really ask us to report fishy emails. Somehow that seems to me to be way too crazy. How would they think we wouldn't find such a request to be insulting?

I think that people are reading way too much into the original video that's been distorted in the video above.  Forwarding some of the lunatic stuff that's out there about health care reform in order that it can be responded to?  What's the issue? There's nothing there that suggests that anything is going to happen to the original author - it's so the lunacy can be rebutted.

I find it hilarious that the Right is seemingly "worried" about Big Brother after what we've been through for the last eight years.  I'm a card carrying member of the ACLU and totally outraged by the erosion of civil liberties particularly since 2001.  With reason restored in the White House I'm certainly far less worried now.

In fact, the whole idea that people are encouraged to watch for and report "suspicious" behavior by others around them appalls me. That's not what this is about - not by a long shot in my opinion.

And yes - President Obama believes in single payer health care.  So do I.  But that doesn't mean that's what's being put forth here unfortunately. No - we'll keep being 50th or whatever it is in terms of health / care and having people go into bankruptcy because of medical issues while insurance companies build skyscrapers.  What a country!

I have turned DNC into obama's Nazi's. They are nearly as good at telling lies as he is. Socialist health care will not be better for anyone. If obama and congress give up their system and become one of the little people when it comes to the rediculous plans I may change my mind. If it is such a great thing why did they exempt themselves first and the unions 2nd? Have you heard of the Walter Reed debacle? How about the VA system where they are behind on 600,000 claims? How can anyone believe a word obama says? Don't bother turning me into the obama Nazi's, I already have.

Norma, Suesan, IMF, Elizabeth & John,

Thank you all for your comments. Town Hall meetings are going on this month in all states. This is our chance to say what we think on these issues!

Oh, Liz, did you see the Congressional Budget Office's (CBO) estimate of the projected price tag of over $1 trillion forObama Care?

The Congressional Budget Office, said bills crafted by House leaders and the Senate health committee do not propose "the sort of fundamental changes" necessary to rein in the skyrocketing cost of government health programs, particularly Medicare. On the contrary, Elmendorf said, the measures would pile on an expensive new program to cover the uninsured.

I'm all for health care change, but, this is not the change we need!

There were two addendums to this bill insure that only US citizens would be covered ...both were turned down! Even France & Canada's health care apply to their citizens, and both are BILLIONS in the red!

This is just plain CRAZY!

Liz, It absolutely amazes me when I hear people who have not experienced a single payor health care system be proponents of it...I worked in health care in a single payor system.....and was born and lived in the UK. Maybe you can answer me why are you a proponent of a single payor system....what is so great about it? Do you personally know the benefits of it? Maybe you can enlighten me. Have you lived with it? I have..... Do you realized a single payor system has caused major financial problems for many of the European countires couple with really high taxes and now many people have private heatlh insurance to cover their needs, they will take a lot longer to recover from the recession because of all their govt run programs....I know my family lives there.......... plus they pay high taxes to boot.....and wait for their procedures......and by the way they also get told at a certain age that they do not get Renal Dialysis, Intensive Care because they are too old..... I hope you are never in that category. TORT REFORM need to be addressed in the US and that is the ONLY way to bring down the cost of health care by making the physician malpractice dues less and capping malpractice claim amounts.....this is a point you left out....this happens in all countries that have a single payor system. Report me to big brother , I don't personally care....I have lived it and experienced it...have you?
