Hi Katrina, we're Fla natives, I was born in Tampa and Lynda in Tarpon Springs (Pinellas County)

Over 12 years ago we "opted out" of Florida... For the most part it's just too Hot, Flat and Humid for us.

We still have family and friends that frequently bring us back to visit and depending on the time of year, we find it a nice place to visit but we wouldn't want to live there!

Thanks for the post... If we bump into someone considering a move to the Tampa Bay area, we'll send them your way. Please similarly keep us in mind when you encounter someone who wants to move to Pinehurst, NC.
