This is Eric with All Pro Plumbing.  Eric is a great coordinator.  He does PR for All Pro Plumbing and takes our property management calls.  He knows a lot about plumbing, but most important he's honest and fair.    Oh, did I mention patient.  Yes, patient to answer all of my silly questions!
