Synergy Staging was asked to stage another property for an investor that we've been working with recently.  These homes have been flipped, moderately staged, and priced to sell.

This home is in the Vancouver, Washington area and has a great floorplan.  I'll update with the address and price once it is listed later this weekend.  Here are some before and after photos.

David!  You did a fabulous staging job. But what I really want to say is you have hit a gold mine with this flipper. I call them renovators because they really are trying to make the home look good. Ryan and I are so thankful for the investor teams that we are working with. Start to market yourself to investor/flippers now and you will be working continuosly for the next 3 years!

David, you and Nik did a wonderful job with this property! I was hoping you would post pictures of it when you completed the staging. The bedroom is especially nice, as it came across as just a very small space when I first viewed it. The mirrored doors really opened it up, too.

David, very nice indeed.  I'm so excited that I could actually see all of your photos.  On most of your posts, here on AR, I usually can't see them.  Love the colors and the textures!

David,  this property looks great.  I have the dining chair version of that living room chair and I love them.  They bring great texture to the space as did yours.

Hi David,  I'm so glad you shared these before and after photos with us.  I like how you positioned the furniture in the living room and used a console table to fill in the niche in that room.  Potential buyers may have had trouble figuring out how to arrange furniture in this room and you've solved that for them!

David,

Great staging work! Your color palette choices are fantastic and have really warmed up the house.  I'm sure this one won't be on the market long!

Lori ~ Now that the real estate market has gone through this latest shift, these types of opportunities will be in abundance.  You are right that it's a great time to market to investors who are looking to stage.  Thanks!

Ginger ~ I decided to upload my pictures instead of link them to my server.  Some others have had problems.  I find that if I just hit refresh they pop up.  Perhaps I'll go this way from now on.  Glad you like them!

Chrissie ~ Thank you!

Janelle ~ I haven't seen the dining room version, but that type of texture almost always works in a room.

Jo ~ That particular green palette is one of my favorites.  Thanks.

Diana ~ Thanks for your insightful post.  That nitch was interesting and we wanted to stage it with a purpose which is why we also added the ottoman/seating under it to show more versatility in the space.

Michelle ~ We hope for a quick sale too!  I'll update when it happens.

Kathy ~ Thank you for the feature - much appreciated!

I love those arm chairs - the room design indeed needs warming up with furniture - otherwise all those indentions etc would have been lost!

Malita ~ Those chairs are one my favorite in our inventory.  It was an interesting room design that took several configurations until it felt just right!

Lovely.  That niche would have baffled buyers.  You made sense of it.
