I was with KW for about 6 months so hope you'll take a little constructive criticism from a former KW convert. As KW has open books, which I think is great, I took a look at the distribution of the downline in our office. The office manager was receiving over 90% of all down-line in an office of over 200 agents. What I discovered is that a KW office manager is really just a full time paid agent recruiter. They have quotas to meet and are held accountable if they don't meet it.
Every agent in our area I spoke with had already been contacted by our office manager. Our office manager had a salary of $100,000 p/year plus whatever she could get in her down-line. One of the reasons I joined KW was it looked like I could start working on a retirement nestegg. What I discoverd didn't feel fair so I left the company.
There was a lot I liked about KW but they should have been more truthful about how the whole retirement/recruiting thing works. It's really a pyramid scheme so those who got in on the ground floor are doing great. Those coming in later, not so good. Tell me if I'm wrong. How much have you been able to get in your downline or are you just repeating the KW pitch? Or will you just delete this comment to keep the secret safe?
